My recent stay at this hotel was a breath of fresh air! the staff here are incredibly guest-friendly, especially Ms. Kris who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. the hotel's central location served us well, making it easy to explore both Dubai and Sharjah. the swimming pool was a great spot to relax, and the staff were accommodating and helpful. the manager, a very kind and mature person, even surprised me with a free room upgrade on my birthday, making my stay truly memorable.

One thing that could be improved is the variety in the breakfast menu. While the food was good, having more options would enhance the dining experience for guests.

I LOVED the spacious rooms with a fully equipped kitchen - so convenient! the pool area was a great spot to relax. Will definitely choose this place again. Better in person than in photos!

This hotel is a luxurious gem! the exclusive amenities fulfilled all my needs, such as the Spa & wellness centre and the beautiful rooftop pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the restaurant served delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap. In-room breakfast was such a treat! the location was ideal, close to shopping and only a short ride to the airport.

The only minor issue I had was with the swimming pool's limited hours, from 8am to 6pm. With the hot weather, it would have been nice to take a dip later in the evening.

Always return for amazing service, great facilities. Staff suggested the best taxi first time. All I need: Wi-Fi, rooftop pool, fitness studio, kitchen, laundry, and more. Perfect for my Xmas stay.

The receptionists were attentive and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. Special thanks to Ms Depika and Ms Amery for their exceptional assistance in handling our reservations and even upgrading our stay. The view from the rooftop was breathtaking, and the complimentary toiletries provided added a luxurious touch. The kitchen kept their promise with regards to the food ETA, which is something many hotels fail at. The location was perfect, with good restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning.

I can't thank them enough for their excellent communication skills and for making our stay so perfect. the hotel's facilities were also great, with clean and spacious rooms, a well-maintained pool, and amenities like a full-sized fridge, cooker. We stayed for over 30 days and had a wonderful time, thanks to the amazing staff.

The studio apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine, and the parking facilities were spot on. We appreciated the convenience of good restaurants and shops just a few steps away. The nearby Al-Fananeen Cafe was a highlight with its brilliant traditional tea and shisha. Being close to Mumzar Beach was a great bonus, and we definitely plan to stay here again. The pool was also a standout feature, with a depth of 1.2 meters, providing a refreshing retreat.

The rooms were spotless with beautiful hardwood floors, a refreshing change from the typical carpeted rooms. The rooftop pool, although small, provided a nice place to relax and take a dip. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a variety of hot and cold options. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, having a grocery store right next door was convenient.

The breakfast was very delicious. The servers Mahmoud and the other server were very good at their job. Kudos to Sathees, Sanam, Mahesh, and Irshad for keeping the room clean. The receptionist Jesselle has good customer service. The location was especially good for guests who enjoy beach recreation as Al Mamzar Beach Park is nearby. The clean swimming pool on the roof was fine with us. The room was large and clean, with well-functioning bathroom equipment. The bed was comfortable and the temperature control was perfect. The hotel offered free transportation to and from the beach and Deira City Center mall. The costs of accommodation were reasonable.
